本机采用连杆挑线、旋转梭勾线、缝制双线锁式线迹、倒顺送料、全自动供吸油泵、螺旋锥齿轮传动，关键零部件均为进口，主要零部件采用高级合金钢制成，因此机器变速缝时运转平稳，振动小，噪音低，安全可靠，经久耐用。
